Our Muz Adams is onto winning ways this season as he out boxed Tommy Lee Connors from MK Victors ABC at their dinner show last week. Muz won each of the four rounds confidently and is looking super fit. His next fight is 5th December. Good luck Muz from your team at Slough ABC.

Slough ABC's Josh Adewale represented the Home Counties in Jersey on 15th November. Josh was made Home Counties Captain and seriously represented!
